Video Chat using LiveCycle Collaboration Service (LCCS)

We are looking to develop a video chat website using actionscript/flex, Abobe LCCS. In addition we want a web based Instant Messenger using XMPP which will allow users to connect to other instant messenging services (aim/facebook/etc.). A register/login system must be created with the option to use Facebook connect. Finally we would like a downloadable software (for windows and macs) like meebo notifier [login to view URL] This would allow someone to instant message a user who currently does not have the web app open in their browser. The video chat should be for up to 3 people and should require users to have flash 10.1 installed so that p2p can be used. Note: LCCS automatically falls back to hub and spoke if p2p can not be established but at a higher cost and with more latency. Prior experience with XMPP/LCCS/Actionscript is a major plus. Please provide examples of prior related work. Final product should be fully functional and have a nice design. Colors will be provided. Layout should have video on the left and the buddy list on the right. You should tell me about special server configurations/requirements. Development should be based on having a relatively large traffic. More than 10000 visitors a day. All I should have to do is enter my LCCS shared secret and user information. Will use milestones.
