I am looking for a professional, internet-savvy real estate virtual assistant to work part-time on an hourly basis on a variety of projects and tasks.
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT / E-MAIL COMMUNICATION.
The role requires between 7 to 8 hours of work per week (for a total of 30-32 hours per month), with the goal of increasing this. Job location is open to all, however we prefer a person from the Philippines.
Ongoing duties include:
• Market research via the internet, GOOD fast web research skills
• Data Entry. Excel data Entry.
• Completing documents (as instructed) and e-mailing to folks
• Have the ability to print and if necessary fax
• Can follow-up via telephone (CST)or email to website client(s) requests.
• Is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, reliable and takes pride in doing prompt, quality work.
• GOOD HTML ability/ web maintenance/ Cutting & pasting content into sites.
• Writing/edit brief website descriptions
• SEO, Search Engine Optimization including manual directory submission, link building and social bookmarking, article writing/re-writes.
• Other web related tasks
The right person:
• Is very competent at doing research and writing for the internet
• Speaks and writes FLUENT American English.
• Must be able to be reached by telephone, email or gmail chat, occasionally during US CST time.
• Is detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, reliable and takes pride in doing prompt, quality work.
I am looking for dependable attentive self starter person, so I do not have to tell you things twice. The rate of pay I am looking for is $1.00 to $2.50 per hour.
* Payment will be made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (Sunday’s) through PayPal, you choose.
Please bid for the amount you would charge as a total lump sum for one month (32 hours) of work.
Our Work & NDA agreement required. Job is paid upon each project completion.
