CREATE A CRM WEBAPP DASHBOARD TO CONNECT WITH SALESFORCE

I run a charity organisation that has 2 core functions of operation. One being our volunteer programs that deliver events / activities for a range of participants (Volunteer) and two, a social enterprise that provides camp programs for schools and large group booking clients for a fee (Social Enterprise). We are looking for a system that allows us to effectively manage both aspects and our volunteer side can simply be boiled down to event management and social enterprise is more sales management with both requiring relationship management. Some key dot points outline below: Volunteer - Backend o Set up events to register for (some private, some public) o Events have both volunteers and participants and registration fees apply o Be able to track registration, run reports o Manage sub-admin access for volunteers so a particular volunteer can review only key events they are managing o Manage automated flows / emails o Enrol users into online training o Send email (and perhaps text message) communications - Frontend o Public can register as a volunteer at specific programs o Individuals can login to their profile and register for events / update their details / see their involvement history o Individuals can update their medical record and dietary information forms o Individuals are funnelled through online training such as Child Safe training (which we currently have on Axcelerate). This is predominately for volunteers and less so for participants. o Subscribe to annual membership It is important to note the main engagement flow for volunteers is through Salesforce. Young people (16-18 years old) apply or are nominated to apply for this program and we’d like to capture nominees information and history too). Once an applicant applies, they going through a selection process to then be accepted into the program. After the program, the applicants start their journey with us to connect into more voluntary programs and give the experience to the next wave of applicants. Social Enterprise - Backend o Manage booking enquiries and sales pipeline o Send invoices to and deposit requirements to clients o Manage automated workflows / comms to clients o Send emails to clients o Run reports - Frontend o Enquiry form o Manage an account and history of invoices (nice to have)
