Posting job ads from Salesforce

- To have a unique URL for each opportunity ad - The ability to create pathway or initiative specific pages to list opportunities e.g. we could put all of the publishing opportunities on a specific list of opps, all Lambeth made on another, etc. As a workaround to this, we could just have the filter by pathway at the top of the listing - The last thing but possibly the least important is to change the way the opportunities are listed on the site. I think tiles would be better than the current accordion setup
