Project Description:
The goal of this project is to create a new staff intranet site using SharePoint. The new intranet site should be user-friendly and easy to navigate, with a clean and professional design. The site should also be accessible to all staff members and include relevant information such as company news, policies, and resources.
Scope of Work:
• Develop a new staff intranet site using SharePoint
• Design a clean and professional layout for the site utilising our current logo and branding
• Ensure all staff members (users and also guests for casual staff) have access to the new intranet site
• Test the site for functionality and usability
• Ensure that appropriate page templates are created and saved in preparation for content migration from current website's cms (content migration will be another project - happy to discuss). Approximately 8-10 page templates will be required initially. Content layouts will vary and details will be discussed with the successful bidder.
Deliverables:
• Fully functional staff intranet site on SharePoint
• Access for all staff members
• Brief User manual and training materials so staff can easily add content
Timeline: The project should be completed within 2-3 weeks.
Communication: We will communicate primarily through email but I am also available on Microsoft Teams
