Real Estate Recruiter I am looking for a skilled and experienced Real Estate Recruiter to help me find the best agents for my company. The ideal candidate should prioritize personality when hiring potential real estate agents, as this is a key factor in building a successful team. I am looking for agents with experience in both residential and commercial real estate, as I want to create a diverse team that can handle any type of property listing. As I am looking to expand my team, I am looking to hire more than 7 new real estate agents. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting and hiring large teams of agents.
