As a small business owner, I'm looking for a reliable and proactive virtual assistant to support me on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling appointments: You will be responsible for managing my calendar, arranging meetings, and ensuring that my schedule is optimized. - Email management: Handling and organizing my inbox, responding to routine emails, and flagging important matters for my attention. - Data entry: Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems. - Account management: Basic level tasks related to managing accounts. Hours & Experience: You will be expected to work more than 20 hours a week, ideally 40, during regular business hours. I'm looking for a virtual assistant who is keen to learn and grow with my business. Ideal Skills: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly This role requires a high level of trust and confidentiality, so professionalism and discretion are paramount.
