Job brief We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings / Calls where necessary. For this role, a solid Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Zoom and Telegram. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision (after having been introduced to all processes of course). Responsibilities Respond to emails and messages Communicate requests and outcomes from these messages to the manager Manage a contact list of business partners (B2B) Serve as first point of contact for these business partners Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records Perform market research & Data Entry Address team’s administrative queries Requirements Experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role Ability of productivity & Independant and unsupervised working German Language Skills (Conversational) as a plus Fluent / Native level English Skills Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services etc. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills Solid organizational skills High school diploma; University (Bachelor); additional qualifications are a plus A Plus: if you have worked with a Project Management or CRM Software Tool such as Monday, Jira, Asana or other before

Hello, I am very interested and super capable of filling this VA position due to the fact that I have all the attributes mentioned in the job description. I am highly organised, speak and write fluent English and basically tech savvy. I am very familiar with all the communication tools that need to be used to execute my duties. I am also very familiar with Asana since I used it in a previous job. My only shortfall will be in the area of the German language. I do not understand German at all I must be honest.
