E-Market for computer docs.

Hello, We are starting a new business that should be based on a website that sells electronic documents / photos on the internet. We are looking for someone who can build us the website and run maintenance for it afterwards whenever needed. The website should be secure and we would like it to enable purchases through credit cards, paypal and some sort of codes that can be purchased anywhere. The website should be integrated with an app that would generate these codes. Hopefully you can provide us with both. The documents we are selling will be on the internet so we need to be sure that these files are protected on the internet and only available through purchasing. The final design, name and logos of the website are not final. So if you have a plan you can work on it and then we will provide you with the final details. We need a website that can provide the market of the documents. You should give us instruction on how to add new documents afterwards. The final design should include an about page, contacts page, the main page which features the docs with the most download, a page for special offers and finally a search bar that can look all the docs on the file up also we need to arrange docs according to genre and stuff like that. English is a must. Arabic is a huge plus. Regards,
