Turn dynamic web pages into static HTML

I have been using LeadPages for a website and want to remove dependency on LeadPages. Thus, the pages need to be converted into standard HTML and the dependencies to LeadPages need to be removed. This is very straight-forward. The pages must function just the same, but with no reference to LeadPages. Pages to convert into HTML: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Then there are also what they call "LeadBoxes" which are links or buttons that open up a popup to signup, such as in the footer of this website [login to view URL] There are 2 types of LeadBoxes currently used, both on [login to view URL], in the footer is to sign-up to newsletter, and in the middle of the page is one to sign up for a training. Both will send the data to Ontraport, the difference is the FormID being submitted. You can get the form data to submit from those pages. In the header it subscribes to the training directly through Ontraport. [login to view URL] In the article page, it subscribes to the newsletter directly through Ontraport. [login to view URL] The 2 popups will post the same data as these 2 forms. I need to be able to insert this popup feature easily in a few places. You can save the pages using FireFox "Save Page As" which puts all the related files onto the disk, then do a clean-up and make sure dependencies to LeadPages are removed. It doesn't need to be perfectly clean, I'll be replacing it with a new version in the near future, but need to remove LeadPages dependency now.
