Make a list of emails

I have a Web page with links to many organizations. I need an assistant to follow these links (sometimes several layers down) and find emails for people working there. Some of the organizations will not provide emails, but most do. I'd like to get a spreadsheet with the emails and as much of this information as possible: first name, last name, specialty, organization, state. This will be ongoing if the project is successful. For now, I'd like to start with 500 verifiable email entries and see how it goes.
