154900 Reduce size of flash intro

A simple, quick job for someone who knows what they are doing. I have created a flash intro for a clients website but it is taking much to long to load. I am new to flash and am not sure how to reduce the file size without loosing the quality. I would like someone to reduce the file size, maintain the quality and maybe provide a 'loading icon' on the same blue background as the site unless you can make it load nice and fast.
