Need North-American votes & comments to promote Battlefield 4 clan advertisement

I am looking for a provider to help me boost my Battlefield 4 clan's online presence. I currently have an advertisement posted on a BF4 clan site that has a voting/comment system - it ranks clans based on the number of votes that clan receives (in other words, the more votes a clan receives, the higher it will be ranked and the closer it will be to the top of the list) I need to get lots of votes for my clan so that it moves up in the listing. Votes MUST come from DIFFERENT IP addresses within Canada & US. This website monitors IP traffic and will know if someone is voting multiple times from the same IP. The IP addresses used for voting MUST be from Canada and the United States and MUST be unique. This site also has a "Disqus" comments section - as part of this project in addition to the voting I have described above, I also want comments to be posted on my clan's page (I can provide a list of comments to choose from). These comments also MUST come from DIFFERENT IP addresses in Canada & US. I am looking for approximately 500 votes and 50 comments to start. Since this website resets stats every month, this will likely be an ongoing project that will need to happen every 30 days. Both the votes and comments must be spread out over time - they cannot all be posted at the same time as this will look way too suspicious. I would like the votes to be delivered within 5 days if possible, and the comments to be delivered over 10 days - in other words, if I supply 50 comments to post over 10 days, you should post 5 comments per day (again, all from unique Canadian/American IP addresses) so that by the 10th day, all 50 comments will be posted (comments must be posted at random/different intervals during the day, not at the same time - for example, the 5 comments for that day could be spread out like this - 11:18AM, 3:24PM, 5:46PM, 7:33PM, 10:41PM) This is a simple project with potential for ongoing work.
