We need email notifications to be set up along with out and in bound emails. We would need integration with Thunderbird to be created also. The ability to import CSV files for leads, and products in a certain format would be appreciated, we would want certain fields in the leads and contact etc to be removed and several to be added. I am going to implement the CRM and ERP functionality of opentaps which is an extension of the ofbiz open source project. If this project is a success I will implement the ecommerce functionality as well. The implementation will be for a medium size organisation and there is a need to migrate data from legacy systems.
