I have a few extensions on FreePBX that are used for a support team that also uses HaloPSA as their ticketing system. I need the two integrated in 3 different ways: 1. When a call comes in, a new ticket window should pop on the agent's web browser, this should be configured on the softphone (Zoiper, Bria, or anyone you recommend) 2. After the call is completed, the call recording should be attached as a file to that ticket. 3. A click-to-call button should be configured within tickets allowing agents to call the customer from the softphone with one click.

Hi--I have a FreePBX installation that is on AWS that I would like moved/recreated on new cheaper web hosting. The installation is used for an existing business with 3-5 phone lines (DID's), that route to a call queue, that goes rings out to a couple phones. Used for small business so not very complex. It is already installed on existing AWS server so you can see how the parameters were set up. However, I would prefer a fresh installation at the new web server location as I'd like the latest version, as well as some existing issues with some files. We are having a bizarre issue with incoming calls on a FreePBX 14 with Asterisk 14, is a new installation, and we narrow it down to one simple SIP extension and one SIP provider with most simple config, to make it easier to analize, but we still havent found the asnwer. The problem is that when the incoming call gets to the extension, it multiplies into 3 or up 12 calls, and it is also shown in the CDR as 11 missed calls and one asnwered. We need and Asterisk expert to explain us why this is happening and how to fix it.
