This project deadline is 24 hours and requires a highly skilled c++ developer who knows opencv , opengl with good writing skills. We are working on a project where we need to detect cars in an image. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. I want a program using opencv, python, hog feature using SVM to detect the cars from top angle(Front back or side) angle. Also should work in day, evening or night till we have proper visibility of the car in the image. It should be as accurate as possible. The detected car coordinates with widths and heights should be returned. Also would want to weigh HOG feature against deep learning do this task.
