Hello, I need C# functions that will try to login to gmail, yahoo, hotmail, outlook, yandex, aol, icloud mail. I also need proxy support and a code to let me know if the system can login.

I have a server configured with ubuntu 20.04 64x and the cpanel is HestiaCP. The website is working well and the email is receiving email from gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc but I can not send email from my server (HestiaCP). Who can solve this problem, please help me to solve this problem.
