Hi, We are looking to work with an architect or designer who can help us to mock up and suggest ideas for our renovation, extension and interior layout etc. This is pre planning, CGI and elevation & floor plans.
Looking for 40 blogs on home improvements, renovations or design. Will pay $20 per blog and and make 4 milestones of $200 each for 10 blogs at a time. You will be given examples of what I am looking for and your blogs must be similarly versed without the need for much editing. After Milestone 1 I will give any feedback necessary however, If your blogs are not satisfactory after the second batch then the remainder of the project will be cancelled. I will give you blog topics to write about in order to hit on desired keywords but also open to any of your own ideas. Excellent blogging skills will result in a regular request for blogs. Looking to get together at least 200 blogs and regular blogging afterwards. Will select up to 2 bloggers.
I am considering a renovation and have an idea of what i what with my current house but i would like to try a few different layouts and get some ideas from an architect/designer. I will require the existing plans to be drawn up in autocad with dimensions, i can supply a jpg version of plans and get dimensions measured. An Architectural Designer in North Carolina needs a qualified Architect licensed in the State of North Carolina to review drawings for a renovation to an existing urban building. The renovation is to an existing, unused basement space (~2,500 sf) converting it to two rental apartments. Successful candidate will work with the Owner (and Architectural Designer) specifically on preparing a "Ready for Submission" package of drawings for the City of Asheville. Preliminary drawings are prepared and review is needed to assure they meet code and then an Appendix B needs to be prepared. The project will move forward on an hourly basis as work is completed.

Thanks Tamara. After talking to our building department, we are doing our permit a little different. We are doing it as a revision to an open renovation permit. Which just means a couple changes Are you able to add the complete first and second floor floor plans for the existing building (I'll send you sketches). Also, there would be a two other pieces, a moved propane tank, and generator added, but I need to prepare that information for you. Hopefully you could do it by Monday...?

Kitchen 8.75 x 13.75 = 120 sq ft Extended Family Room 15.5 x 28 = 434 sq ft We will update Kitchen with new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, fixtures, and paint. Appliances will remain for Kitchen. Layout will probably need to remain the same. We have thought about taking the cabinet/counter area that extends into the family room and turn that into an island. Might not be enough room based on spacing. We want to add a pantry cabinet section by the kitchen doorway. Kitchen cabinets should possibly be white or grey. We do like the cabinets with different color schemes on top/bottom but not sure if that works for our layout. Flooring should be the vinyl wood planks throughout both rooms.
