Worker for long term job Needed.!!

I'm looking for a dedicated worker who I can trust to and rely to , this job is for 5hours/day from 10AM-1PM and from 2PM till 4PM ( GMT+2 timezone) from monday till saturday (6days/week) . You will be building backlinks for my websites by placing comments on blogs which I will give you, there are no real experience needed as everything will be taught and this is really easy job which doesn't really require too much thinking but only following strict guidelines. You must be fast/reliable/trustworthy and must be able to work in the time period which I mentioned, every day you will be doing 1 type of job and If you finish it faster in that day then of course I wont give you extra work but There will be guidelines of how much I need every day =what you must do before the day is over.
