We are hiring two Real Estate Virtual Assistants, full time 40 hours a week, plus bonuses. MUST SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH WITH LITTLE TO NO ACCENT!
Bellow are the job details
Will take incoming calls from leads. Will Speak with potential sellers and will get contracts signed. Will then send the contract for signature from owner. Will then contact the cash buyers list via calls , mail chimp campaigns, texts, emails, craigslist. Will send over the buyers contract, and will set the closing date, time by calling the closing agent /company.
Will learn the Propstream software, and how to obtain the ARV, and will obtain the cash buyers list for where the properties are located. Will then create a spreadsheet showing each state and it's cash buyers list.
Will get lists from Tax delinquent and absentee sellers from each state. Will contact the sellers to see if they want to sell their property. If they want to sell, will then close the [login to view URL] speaking and asking question regarding the property. A script will be provided for this
Will upload all new listings into the podio dashboard, which the system will then automaticly add it into the website, via the api.
Will also send out the weekly subscribers marketing campaigns
Will perform other tasks
Will mark which callers do not want to be called again on the list.
