Onsite Support Technicians needed to resolve residential client issues on Windows & Mac devices. Common use of the following tools should be expected: ATX Power Supply Cable USB Cable HDMI Cable Printer Cable Coax Cable Cat5 Cable Power Cable IDE Cable SATA Cable Converter SATA/IDE to USB Thumb Drive Blank DVD's Router Mice PS2/USB Keyboard PS2/USB External DVD/CDRW Drive Laptop Smart-phone Screwdriver - Phillips & Flathead GPS - Via Smartphone (Waze/GoogleMaps) or Device (Garmin, TomTom) Flashlight SMARTPHONE APPS: (Found in the Google Play Store for Android, and the iTunes Store for IOS.) Square Reader Square App Waze - GPS App that shows the location of Red Light Cameras, and more importantly Police. You can also report when you see these things on the road for others who also use Waze. Google Maps Google Calendar Skype Over 80% of our client base is over 50, and needs simple software assistance explained to them. Customer Service is a large portion of this job. Clients will need steps explained to them as you work towards resolving their technical problems.
