Our International Travel Agency is expanding offices in Canada and Australia and manages several worldwide campaigns via gmail and excel and needs Fluent English Speakers for the following positions - 2 Administrative Assistants with experience in Gmail and Advanced Excel, Email marketing tools. This job is for applicants who : 1. Want to gain Freelancer experience 2. Can work 20+ hours per week as needed for 6 months 3. Want a chance to prove themselves on Upwork for higher-paying part-time or full-time work in the future with this organization or another one Skills/Experience Required: 1) Excellent English Skills - Fluent 2) Expert Google - Excel 3) Gmail Expert 5) Email Marketing and Communication Expert Fluent in English, Dedication minimum 20 hours a week and 4 hours daily are the most important qualities we are looking for. Bids at $3.00/hour are necessary to be considered for this position. This job is for an administrative assistant who is an expert in Google Excel, Gmail, and has high attention to detail. Our company is offering a wide variety of tasks that relate to email management. We offer a modest pay rate, expert training, full-time work schedule for long-term employment and a chance to gain invaluable Freelancer experience. Minimum availability: 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6+ months Please don't apply if you are not able to work at least 20 hours per week and your profile rate is over $3/hour. Many Administrative Assistants who work for our company have gone on to get an increase in hours and long-term contracts (3+ years) and an all-star profile. An initial 2-hour test will be administered to validate skill set. Cover Letter questions - Do you have experience executing email outreach and communication to native English speakers? Elaborate in detail on specific campaigns. What you did and what tools you used. Do you have experience with Google Excel? If so explain in detail the skills that you have?
