I´m looking for a virtual assistant who can help with alternating tasks. This job will require 10-20 hours per week. You can choose your working hours freely.
Currently I´ll need you to help me select suitable candidates for 2 similar vacancies we need to fill. Your tasks would be:
- screen candidates' resumes
- discuss the details of employment with the candidates
- carry out salary negotiations
- etc.
Another typical research-oriented task could be something like this.- "Please conduct research on the possibilities of marketing through messenger bots: Telegram, Whatsapp, Discord, etc. The output should be an abstract proposing which messenger we should go for first and why, plus a spreadsheet containing all the relevant information you could find, e.g. number of users, average age and sex, bot tied to a particular phone nr - yes/no?, etc."
It might also happen, that I ask you to research suppliers for a particular product. Or that you´ll need to check out some no-code tools and try to build a website with one of these, probably create an Etsy store at some point, and so on.
I think you get the idea - the tasks are pretty diverse, so it will probably never get boring.:-)
An open mind and willingness to dive deep into tech will be a big plus in this position. If you´ll need to acquire some knowledge in order to complete the project, I´m willing to pay for udemy courses, etc.
