Translation from English to Spanish: Pages-Articles of a Large Site

The project involves translation of web pages and editing of existing images from English to Spanish. The original site [login to view URL] has over 400 web pages and features best ever known clinical trials on cancer and asthma (which involved breathing exercises to increase body oxygenation). This site in English had up to 1,000,000 unique visitors per month in 2014.
Apart from translations and editing images, the suitable freelancer needs to know basics of WordPress and SEO (how to use silo structure and make an authority site).
In addition, the suitable freelancer can promote the created pages on own Facebook, Google+, and Twitter accounts, and possibly make simple backlinks to created pages. But this work can also be assigned to other freelancers.
