Our company is a dynamic and fast paced (yet stable and well-established) professional coaching firm located in Essex. We have a position available for an experienced Client Care Assistant to work within a fun team that believes in doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Client Care Assistant:
Duties include managing day-to-day email communications from existing clients and resolving their questions clearly, efficiently and in a timely manner. In addition following and improving already established operations procedures to ensure that all clients requirements are met including:
- Booking Call times for the senior coaches using Google Calendar and our existing in house software platform (training will be provided)
- Ensuring member email broadcasts are sent and members are identified correctly in the in house system.
- Creating monthly reports by gathering information from multiple internal sources to produce a clear and concise management reports
- Liaising (if required) with our accounts department to assist in a smooth member experience
- Responding to client requests for information regarding their programs via email
- Posting and responding to clients on the established members only Facebook group
- Calling clients when required to gain information or confirmation of attendance of member events
- Attending ‘member only events’ and ‘team days’ upon request, including 3x per year, 3 day seminars in UK
- Managing the event team and ensuring pre designed operating procedures are preformed for the event
- All aspects of ‘client care’ to ensure client is ‘delighted’ with the support they have receive.
Candidate must be above-and-beyond organised. must love helping clients find solutions to their requests without delay, proficient in email (Google Mail), online calendar (Google Calendar), Word/Excel.
Must be smart, flexible, resourceful, trustworthy, extremely detail oriented, poised/polished, adept at multitasking at the highest levels, and have experience with top-level business support.
Must be able to have flexible working hours and be able to respond at a moments notice.
Will be required to attend our offices in Billericay, Essex one day per month, otherwise the tasks can be performed from applicants home office.
Must have positive and fun outlook on life and have lots of energy, commitment, and motivation and thrive working in a small team environment with other staff.
