is not a sales pitch, it is a call like if you were calling from the clinic to answer all the questions (as long as they are no medical) that the people could have and ensure they are booked an assessment and follow up to make sure they show to the appointment.
and finally a courtesy call after the appointment to ask how they did on the assessment
