PHP, Javascript Expert

We would like to hire a coder who is an expert in PHP, Javascript, and MSSQL/MySQL for one of our projects. We have all the front end graphics design done, the coder should program in PHP for the backend funcationality. The database is either MSSQL or MySql. We need module programming design, PHP template programming skill. There are going to be some dynamic Javascript, familiar with javascript and AJAX would be a big plus. If coder is very good at ASP, we can consider that as an option as well. The program is going to be deployed on window 2003 server with IIS. The coder should be knowledgable of deployment. We only consider the coder who meets following criteria: 1. Good RAC Rating. 2. The coder is going to be available for daily communication. Being very responsive with the change and issues we might have, the coder will address our issues in timely manner. 3. Good CSS, HTML skill. The coder can put together javascript, PHP, html and graphics togethere. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
