It is exaggerated in this image as the right side of the image is standing above the table on stand-off posts. The radius in reality will only be 0.125" or so above the flat plane in its center. We may have to create the correct radius through trial and error by 3D printing the component. Images 5, 6, and 7 shows the dome that will be creating that will replace the speaker grill. So the perimeter of the dome must again exactly match the grill and the inside perimeter dims of the bezel.
