Need help to develop a tool which can take input from an user interface, auto populate the form, scrape result from multiple pages, translate web pages to English, and save to a spreadsheet. The tool should be able to work on slow internet speed, restart scraping if site crashes and should be able to work on two operating systems (Windows and Mac). The problem is that from several different locations after some time the devices lose connection to the server, the ping also dissapear and only restart of the router is recovering the issue.
