A Florida based aquaculture company needs to design a 3D design of their future farm site. The project will be to take pre-existing Rhino designs of all the systems and superimpose them to the Google or similar map of the property. I am looking for someone experienced in Grasshopper. I already have created a script, however I am very new to Grasshopper and I need someone to check and refine the script. Basically the project is about creating a reciprocal frame structure. This is done by creating a generalised script for transforming a single module (5 element module - 6 points) of the system into a reciprocal structure (DONE). Then this script is implemented into a bigger file where a hexagonal mesh is projected onto a surface. I need to Rhino (.3dm) file created from a 3d laser scan of a small boat, so a Naval Architect can make modifications. The scan files have been registered and uploaded to Dropbox for download in E57 format (145mb). I need a .3dm file as the deliverable. I have uploaded screen shots from Recap of the boat to view. ...because much of it is too thin. I need someone to use the STEP files as a base but redraw/draw over them using best practices/tolerances for color 3d printing. It will not be feasible to patch the existing data but the new model can be coarse as it only has to look like the base STEP data, it does not have to be precise. The output file can be a neutral format like OBJ, 3ds, VRML or could be Rhino or DWG if you prefer. It cannot be STL because STL carries no color information (and is horrible to work with). I have a Rhino model. A small solid object with some cut aways that I can not get to fillet certain edges. This is a design being sent off for die casting quote in Asia so it needs to be an accurate representation. Unless this object needs to be redrawn it should be a 10 minute job otherwise maybe 45 minutes. The picture(Filleted Edges) shows the side that I was able to fillet around the hex nut but the other side(Sharp Edges) is the side that needs to be filleted. Any takers for a little job?
