I am looking for a drawing based off of the files I attach. This will be based off of a 1.5 acre lot 200 feet (side facing roadway entrance) x 326 feet (length) It will have a few buildings on it. The first being a 3 story container restaurant/coffee shop/bar (see pic attached) the containers should be doubled next to each other and are 9ft x 9ft x 40ft, the second will be a large pole barn to house pickle ball courts.
