We have verified that the port is open, so that is not the issue, but if it were, you would see an error on the page indicating not able to connect to port (which there is not that error message). Your task is to fix the page so that you can see the form, and be able to start typing and see the form field data list of results. You will connect to my pc via anydesk to do this, no credentials will be given out, this will be entierly remote. You will be paid hourly once the issue is fully resolved, for the hours it takes you.
