So far we have a module that connects with our AI server, everytime an odoo channel is created it reviews the messages, sends it to the AI and creates a new message in the channel that acts as a reply To achieve this we follow the next structure: 1) redefine create on 2) send message body to IA 3) get message and post a message on the channel So far this works on internal chats, but we want this to work on live chat sessions, the idea behind this is that the clients communicate with the IA With the current code we
