I need floor plans for a new single-family home, which has 3 levels over garage level and is 1600sf max. The city allows me only 2 specific configurations for the size/shape of the house (S1 and S2). I would like a functioning floor plan for both Schemes to decide on what works best. In each scheme: Level 0 is garage and house entrance with stairs going up to level 1.
