I am looking for someone who can redesign and edit many of our charts and graphs that we use for various workbooks and online exams. Many are outdated from 20 years of copy/scanning so the quality is very poor on many. Some of the main problems are scaling, text quality, contrast issues, number quality, and text consistency between all images. Most of the files are currently in .jpg format but some are are in .psd.
