Shield design jobs

I have a product using a shield that I designed which goes over an Arduino Mega 2560. I would like to have this redesigned to have a single board which uses the ATMega chip. I would rather keep things as they are as much as possible as the whole thing is already debugged and working well. It also uses a DS3231 real time clock, which I would also like to be embedded directly to the system. I have Eagle schematics, but my shield circuit is rather simple - it is basically four 28BYJ-48 drivers + a RTC on a single shield. I would like to know about past projects and your general experience. If there are opportunities for improvements I'd be happy to hear them. I would like to have a design which should be ok for FCC and ULC certification.

I'm looking for an Arduino code to connect an Arduino Uno or Nano to Arduino Cloud through an Ethernet shield. The primary purpose of this connection is to enable remote control of the board over the cloud. I'm unsure of the exact ethernet shield needed for the job, so recommendations would be much appreciated. The board I plan to use for this project is an Arduino Uno.

I have an Arduino Uno and L293D motor shield. I have a 12v, 100 rpm DC motor and 2 180 deg 5v servos. I want to be able to operate the DC motor at a constant speed in both the clockwise and counterclockwise direction for a full 360 degs, stopping and starting at any point during the rotation. Each of the 2 servos also need to function in the same manner as the DC motor although their range of motion will be limited to less than their full 180 deg of travel. I am designing a male urinal with a colour sensor that is mounted to the back of the urinal. A hole is drilled into the urinal for the sensor to see through, and a flat perspex shield is placed over the sensor to protect from water. A filling cone is then mounted on top of the prespex shield, where the user fills up the self draining cup when urinating. The sensor will measure the peak colour of the urine in the cup. I would like this design to be visualised through a solidworks. Some mark-up and drawings attached for reference.
